Ned Weaver

Wood Creek Advisors was founded in 2013 by Ned Weaver, the managing partner of Wood Creek Advisors. As an industry veteran with more than 25 years of investing experience, Mr. Weaver strategically creates value by providing acquisition strategies, identifying target companies, and executing transactions for his clients.

Prior to founding Wood Creek Advisors, Mr. Weaver helped develop the deal sourcing program for the private equity firm Alpine Investors, which resulted in the successful investment of dozens of acquisitions and their eventual exits. Recently, Wood Creek Advisors served as the exclusive M&A consultant to Western Shield Label. Under Mr. Weaver’s direction, Wood Creek Advisors found and helped complete six acquisitions for its client aiding in a 10x growth in EBITDA and the successful sale of Western Shield Label in 2022.

Mr. Weaver holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
